Tara Flow is made by an independent developer in New Zealand. These terms are meant to be short and plain — by installing or using Tara Flow, you agree to them.
Tara Flow is a dictation keyboard and companion app for iPhone. It's actively developed, so features may be added, changed or removed over time.
Dictation is free and unlimited. Smart cleanup and other features will come with Tara Flow Pro, an optional paid upgrade planned for a later version; nothing can be bought yet. Before Pro goes on sale, we'll update these terms and show the price in the app.
Tara Flow is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
Anything you dictate, type or save — dictation history, Jots, AutoFill triggers — is yours. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what stays on your phone and what leaves it when you use Smart cleanup.
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app; don't try to abuse, overload or get around the limits on the Smart cleanup service; don't use Tara Flow for anything unlawful.
Dictation, autocorrect and Smart cleanup can get words wrong — check anything important before you send or rely on it. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided without other promises about being error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other consumer law that can't be excluded.
You can stop using Tara Flow at any time; deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone. We may change or stop offering a feature or the app.
You must be at least 13 to use Tara Flow.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app before the change affects anything you pay for.
